Return Instructions;

1.      Click on “Printable Return Form” at left and print return form.

2.      Complete all requested information on repair form. Please print clearly.

3.      Pack product carefully to avoid damage. A sturdy box is recommended. Ship unit prepaid in a way it can be traced (i.e.UPS).

4.      Include all parts of the Polar heart rate monitor for a complete check of the unit.

5.      The Polar warranty covers the receiver and transm

itter for 2 years from the date of purchase for defects in material or workmanship. Battery is covered for the first 6 months. Damage caused by misuse, improper or unauthorized maintenance is not covered.

6.      Ship postage prepaid to an authorized Polar service center. Warranty repairs must be sent to the New York Service Center.

We recommend that you purchase new Polar products from an authorized Polar dealer.

Polar products that are purchased from and unauthorized reseller WILL NOT be covered under the Polar 2 year warranty. Additionally, you may potentially run the risk of buying a refurbished or reconditioned unit from an unauthorized reseller.

When you buy from an authorized Polar dealer, you can be sure that you are receiving a first quality product and the backing of the 2 year warranty we extend to authorized purchasers.

Also, any Polar product sold on an open auction site (e.g. e-bay) is considered to be the re-sale of a previously owned product and will not be covered under the original 2 year warranty extended to the original purchaser. This is regardless of the condition of the product.
