WARRANTY INFORMATION

Polar Electro, Inc. warrants the original consumer/purchaser that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase for receivers and two years from the date of purchase for transmitters. Please keep purchase receipt which is proof of purchase. Warranty on repairs is 90 days or the balance of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

Warranty does not cover receiver battery, damages due to accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence of the precautions, improper battery replacement or maintenance, commercial use, cracked or broken cases.

Warranty is void if repairs are made by persons not authorized by Polar Electro, Inc.

Polar Electro, Inc. makes no representations or warranties with respect to products or manuals. In such event shall Polar Electro, Inc. not be liable for any damages, direct or incidental, consequential or special arising out of or related to the use of products or manuals.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

We recommend that you purchase new Polar products from an authorized Polar dealer.

Polar products that are purchased from unauthorized resellers WILL NOT be covered under our 2-year warranty.  Additionally, you may potentially run the risk of buying a refurbished or reconditioned unit from an unauthorized reseller.

When you buy from an authorized Polar dealer, you can be sure that you are receiving a first quality product and the backing of the 2-year warranty we extend to authorized purchasers.

Also, any Polar product sold on an open auction site (e.g. e-bay) is considered to be the re-sale of a previously owned product and will not be covered under the original 2-year warranty extended to the original purchaser.  This is regardless of the condition of the product.
